Buy Two Get One Policy
This policy is for the 2020 Christmas and New Year Deal. It satrts from December 19 to January 2.
To successfully use the coupon code FYY2021, you have to buy at least 3 items. The lowest price item will be free. For example, if you buy an item valued at $20, an item valued at $19, and an item valued at $18, we will charge you $20+$19=$39. The item valued at $18 is free. If you buy 3 items which are same price, then our system will randomly pick one and make it free.
The return policy about The Buy Two Get One Free is different from a general purchase.
If you want to return the item, which is free, then there is no refund for it. If you want to return the item which is not free in this deal. Then we will return the discount price as a refund. For example, if you buy an item valued at $20, an item values $19, and an item values $18, and you want to return the item that values $19, then we will return $13.
Here is how we calculate: 3 items mentioned above value $57, you pay it by $39, Then you get a 31.5%OFF discount. $19*0.315=$6. Therefore, you will get 19-6=$13 refund. This discount percentage is not fixed in the Buy Two Get One Free deal, it depends on how much of each item you pick. If 3 items are same price, we calculate with this way as well.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
