FYYstore Refund & Exchange Policy

1.  Returns policy

We gladly accept any unused items that are in the original packaging and are in resellable condition for return or exchange within 30 days of the order date.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the order date
  • Item must be unused and in good condition to be eligible for return or exchange
  • Merchandise must come with original product packaging
  • Any item marked "Final Sale" cannot be exchanged or returned
  • 100% refund amount
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

If the product is not used and meets the requirements after confirming with customer service, FYY will refund the full amount and bear the shipping cost.

Returns will be fully refunded to your original payment method. If paying with a credit/debit card or bank account, PayPal (our credit card settlement service provider) may require some time in advance to establish a credit transaction with your bank.

2.  Exchange policy

We accept exchanges for items that are new, unused and in the original packaging within 30 days of your order being placed.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Item must be replaced within 30 days of order date

  • An order can only be exchanged once
  • Please send the item back, send us an email (fyycase@fyyustech.com)with your tracking information so we can track the return and process the exchange accordingly.
3.  Returns and exchanges due to FYYstore reasons

For returns or exchanges due to FYYstore reasons, such as wrong delivery, quality problems, etc., you can contact our customer service team. After confirmation, if the item is unused and meets the requirements, the handling method is as follows:

  • 1. Return: The full amount will be refunded, and the return shipping will be borne by FYYstore
  • 2. Replacement: the freight for return is fully borne by the buyer, and the freight for re-delivery is borne by FYYstore
4.  Returns and exchanges caused by buyers

For the return or exchange caused by the buyer, such as the customer regrets not wanting to buy it, the size and color are not suitable, etc., you can contact our customer service team. After confirming that the item is unused and meets the requirements, the handling method is as follows:

    7.  Warranty Policy

         We offer a 6-month limited warranty on FYY branded products purchased from our website, including a one-time replacement of the same product within the warranty period. If you find a defect in your item within 6 months from the date of purchase, simply take a photo of the defect and contact us immediately with your order number or receipt.
    Our warranty limits.

    • 1. Any damage caused by accident or unauthorised modifications is not covered by our warranty.
    • 2. Deterioration/any defects caused by normal ageing, scratches due to natural wear and tear of the product are not covered by our warranty.
    • 3. Any devices other than FYY branded products (e.g. mobile phones, tablets, etc.) are not covered by our warranty. Repair costs arising from damage to any electronic device are not included.
    • 4. No refunds can be claimed on the 6-month warranty after the 10-day unconditional enquiry period.
    • 5. Shipping and courier shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • 6. No replacements or refunds will be offered for lost or stolen items.
    • 7. If your product is discontinued or out of stock, it may be replaced with a similar option. fyyStore reserves the right of final decision.

    8.  Return and exchange steps
    • First,the item must come with the original product packaging
    • Second,contact our customer service team and send us the logistics information you want to return or exchange for confirmation.
    • Finally,returns will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the exchange, for a refund in the original way
    9.  Withdrawal (for suitability)

    Ordering

    Simply send us an email within 12 hours. Please be sure to include your order number! If it is the type of equipment, housing type or color you are adjusting, please also let us know the details in the email.

    If you have received an order confirmation email from us, your order has been placed successfully! You can also log in to your account to view your order history and search for your most recent orders.

    Order confirmation emails may end up in your spam/junk mail folder. If you still cannot find the order confirmation email, please send us an email and we will investigate further.

     You can select the items you like and add them to your shopping cart. Then choose the shipping method and wait for the shipment to ship.

     If your order is missing, please notify us within 90 days of purchase. We will be happy to follow up and investigate for you. Further arrangements will be facilitated. If the initial date of such inquiry/request is more than 90 days after the purchase, no refund will be issued for the lost package.

    02. After the 10-day no-questions-asked period, the 6-month warranty will not be refunded.
    03. Our warranty does not cover any devices (e.g. cell phones, tablets, etc.) except for FYY branded products.
    04. Shipping and courier shipping costs are non-refundable.
    05. There are no replacements or refunds for lost or stolen items.

    If your product is discontinued or out of stock, it may be replaced with a similar option and FYY reserves the right to make the final decision.

    Different cases are made from different materials, but mainly contain PU Leather, TPU and PC.

    The weight of phone cases varies depending on the case types selected as they are made with different materials.

    For expedited shipping, orders will be shipped using various delivery services, depending on the destination. The shipping fee may varies by destination and the size of your order.     Your FYY products will be delivered directly to your home. On rare occasions, home delivery is not available in individual cities/regions/countries.

    Returns & Exchanges

    Sure! We're 100% committed to making you happy. If you wish to return your item(s), please contact us with the reason of return, within 30 days from receiving your order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable), and Please contact us and state the reason for your return and we will guide you through the return process.! We only accept one-time exchange. Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted.

    Please note that shipping and courier shipping costs are non-refundable. Any discounts applied to the minimum purchase requirement may no longer apply after the products in the order have been removed. For discounts applied to second/subsequent items, the discount will be removed when the order is partially returned and the original price will be charged for unreturned items. Shipping charges may also apply.

    Returns will be refunded in the same manner as your original payment. If the payment was made with a credit/debit card or bank account, PayPal (our credit card settlement service provider) may require an advance period to process the credit transaction with your bank.

    Please note that the customer is responsible for all costs involved in the return of the goods. Returning a package remains the responsibility of the customer until we receive it.
